“I joined BPM for a 4 week challenge last summer. As someone who had tried a lot of different workout approaches from personal training at a chain gym to beachbody at home, I never really stuck with anything - until BPM! The coaches are super knowledgeable and so friendly. They change the workouts up all the time so you never get bored, and go the extra mile offering special workshops, recipes/meal plans and fun little contests. Happy to say it’s coming up to a year since I joined, and I look forward to many more as part of the BPM community!"
